Scoring with CNSA
Every game needs a scorer
Learn to score softball with CNSA.
Scoring is one of the most valuable jobs in softball, and one of the easiest ways to get involved. You do not need to be a player. You will learn a genuinely satisfying skill, stay close to the action, and become part of the team that makes every game count.
Why scoring matters
The record keepers of the game
Behind every result is a scorer keeping the official record. It is a role that suits parents wanting to be part of their child's team, players resting a season, and anyone who likes a bit of focus and a good seat. Scoring is welcoming, it is learnable, and it is genuinely appreciated by everyone at the diamond.

Clinics and support
CNSA champions scorekeeping development at the grassroots level. Our Scoring Convenor coordinates scorekeeping clinics and support, so you can learn the ropes properly and build your confidence game by game.
Grow your scoring
A pathway all the way up
Scoring is not just for club games. As your skills grow, there is a pathway towards representative scoring, with the Scoring Convenor evaluating candidates for representative duties. Wherever you want to take it, we will help you get there.
